Apples. The staple of still life painters everywhere. I especially like painting the red apples so I can use all those wonderful cadmium reds and yellows. Fabric and folds can be a bit tricky sometimes. The best advice I have about that is to try not to think about what you are painting. Just put down the colors you see and with a little luck it will all come together in the end.
